Stop the IPON Act! Please reblog!
Congress is right now considering the Internet Pointless Online Noise Act, which would eliminate the right to post animated GIFs of sitcom characters, the right to mock blockbuster films in “comments sections,” the right to use the word “THIS” followed by a link to a weird video from 1991, and the right to post online petitions about government bills that will take control of the internet away from THE PEOPLE. This act would not only be a violation of free speech, it would reduce traffic to blogs like tumblr by 99.999%, thereby damaging a growing sector of the economy. Our freedom is at stake! PLEASE REBLOG WHILE YOU STILL CAN.
